The Industrial Modernisation Centre succeeded in passing the inspections and reviews of the ISO Certificate 9001:2015 quality management for the second year conducted by The Near East Services NES and representative of EURO CERT global on internal operations and measuring their efficiency and effectiveness, where the review process ended in renewing the center's certificate for the second year without any non-conformity.
The team of reviewers praised the performance of the center's employees, and the extent to which they understand the quality management system and the effectiveness of internal operations, which comes through the efforts of the center's employees in general and the team of quality assurance unit in particular to achieve quality goals and build customer confidence, where the center achieved a distinct stage in commitment to excellence and increase customer satisfaction and ensure the high quality of services which reflects positively on the ability of the centre to develop The Egyptian industry in various sectors.
