The turnover of gold industry in Egypt is estimated to be 150 tons in 2009 with total value of LE 20
billion. The sector includes 6000 workshops and factories feeding 35000 retailers spreading all over
Egypt.
IMC supports all the stakeholders and parties concerned with local jewellery manufacturing through
wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, jewellery technology center and goldsmiths.
