Sector Background:

The Cinema industry is a high potential exporting sector that contributes highly to Egyptian exports
and is considered an important art form, a source of popular entertainment and a powerful method
of culture and education. IMC, in coordination with the Chamber of Cinema Industry, Cinema
Export Council, High Cinema Institute, Laboratories and Studios, will be assisting in upgrading and
developing the Industry.
