IMC provides a selected range of specialized training programs targeting workers of industrial enterprises to this upgrade technical skills, increase productivity and transfer modern technology.
These programs have been selected in coordination with relevant steering committees of FEI chambers to meet sectoral needs with emphasis on target production gap of workers.
Industrial Training Council (ITC) reviews all training materials for each course as well as establishing agreements with training providers. In case of unavailable local trainings, IMC in cooperation with Beneficiary Company contracts foreign training experts as resident experts inside the companies.

Vocational training has no ceiling limit, while the Vocational courses has a ceiling equal to 10% of the total ceiling of the company with a maximum amount of 200.000 LE
