Objectives:
The purpose of the programme is to encourage specialized industrial clusters according to their geographical, sectoral or specific bases in order to double productive and marketing potentials and purchasing powers, increase value added and achieve the highest degrees of integration among companies to create competitive advantages appropriate for international market challenges within the framework of fulfilling the national plan goals for the purpose of doubling exports.

This will be achieved through providing integrated service packages according to the needs of each industrial cluster in the fields of productivity development and improvement of supplier efficiency, logistic capabilities, marketing, administrative, financial and technical potentials and human resources, as well as encouraging innovation and other competitive elements.

The existing clusters targeted by the programme includes: leather tanning in Al-Roubiki, marble& granite industries in Shaq El-Te'ban, furniture & wood industries in Damietta and textile industries in Mahalla, Borg El-Arab as will as other industrial clusters.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Projects and beneficiaries located at the same geographical area
  
• Beneficiaries should be producers of one product or a group of related products.
  
• IMC general prerequisites
