Shall give counsel vis-a-vis consultant selection
Shall support programmes related to human resource development

Financial Institutions and Businessmen Association.
Shall operate in a transparent manner
Shall brief on the agreed numbers of companies to work with IMC
Shall be fully committed to supporting implementation and shall intervene where companies do not meet their commitments as far as implementation is concerned
Shall commit to agreed upon targets and key performance
indicators
Shall commit to comprehensive human resource development
Beneficiary Companies (BCs)
Each company shall operate in a transparent manner
Each company shall supply the necessary information including the financial data
to allow development plans to be fully implemented
Each company shall undertake a full assessment in collaboration with IMC
Each company shall commit to implement agreed upon business development plan
Each company shall commit to a comprehensive human resource development plan
Each company shall select the appropriate expert to work with according to IMC
procedures and in complete transparency
