company according to IMC procedures.

Businessmen Associations.

- Shall brief on the numbers of companies working with IMC
- Shall be fully committed to supporting implementation and shall intervene where required
- Companies do not meet their commitments as far as implementation is concerned
- Shall commit to agreed upon targets and key performance indicators
- Shall commit to comprehensive human resource development

Beneficiary Companies (BCs)
- Each company shall operate in a transparent manner
- Each company shall supply the necessary information including the financial data
to allow development plans to be fully implemented
- Each company shall undertake a full assessment in collaboration with IMC
- Each company shall commit to implement agreed upon business development plan
- Each company shall commit to a comprehensive human resource development plan
- Each company shall select the appropriate expert to work with according to IMC
procedures and in complete transparency
General Provisions for Benefiting from the services of IMC
- The number of insured workers are more than ten
- A private sector establishment (private-sector own more than 51% of ownership rights)
- A record of a commercial or industrial registry and tax card
- Member of the Federation of Egyptian Industries where applicable
- Have a potential for growth
- Operate transparently
- Submit their balance sheet and social insurance form.
In addition to already registered enterprises, special Entrepreneurship and Start-up programmes will
be instituted to cater for the needs of entrepreneurs seeking investment in the industrial sector or in
business services related to industry.
