Kindly read carefully, scan (in PDF format) all below listed required documents prior to starting your registration process.

  • Valid Tax card (with the most recent tax authority stamp Y2012 or Y2012 stamped official tax declaration + due tax proof of payment receipt) required for Firms & Professionals.
  • Valid Commercial Registration “CR” (copy of uploaded “CR” should be no more than 3 months old from registration application date). All applied for service(s) name(s) or approved equivalent must be mentioned within the uploaded “CR” -required for Firms only as for Universities and Governmental Agencies the decree of establishment of the specific entity.
  • IDs for Individuals and Professionals whereas for Firms IDs for ALL executives, partners, shareholders mentioned in the “CR”.
  • Updated CVs using the attached forms + Certifications, Accreditations or licenses
  • Last 2 Financial Statements endorsed by a charter accountant – required for Firms and Professionals
  • Previous experience using the attached form + proof (contracts or reports or satisfaction letters or contacts for references, etc.)
  • Declaration(s) using the attached forms

 Any of above listed items containing more than one page should be scanned to be uploaded as one integral PDF file containing all pages.

N.B. KINDLY NOTE THAT ANY OVER ONE MINUTE INTERRUPTION DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS SHALL RESULT INTO TIMING-OUT YOUR REGISTRATION SESSION.

Company Name:


In both English and Arabic; Company name/Service Provider’s “SP” or Supplier’s name to be used, has to be identical to that mentioned in your legal documents (N.B. This given name shall be used in all future communication -contractual & financial- with IMC).

Tax Registration Number:

“For Firms and Professionals insert number mentioned in Tax Card, as for Individuals insert (12345678) in the blank space.”

Tax Registration Expiry Date:

As mentioned in the valid Tax Registration Card

Year of Last Stamp:

Year of your last official tax declaration submission (this shall be supported with appropriate documentation that should be uploaded at a later stage of your application)

Commercial Registration Number:

“For Firms insert number mentioned in “CR”, as for Professionals and Individuals insert (12345678) in the blank space.”

Social Insurance Number:

“For Firms and Professionals insert designated number, as for Individuals insert (12345678) in the blank space.”

Contact Information:

  • Information provided within this section is of very high importance and requires your full attention as it will be your primary communication address on IMC’s database for all future notifications, tender invitations and letters of award.

N.B. Failure to respond to any notifications, tender invitations and awards shall eventually disqualify you from being on IMC’s database.

Address Book:

In case of multiple branches you have to provide addresses for all locations.

Contact Directory:

  • Providing only one contact limits your business opportunities with IMC.
  • A second contact is mandatory as it will reflect a second email address on IMC’s database which would substitute the first one in case of any communication obstacles during any future notifications, tender invitations and letters of award.

N.B. Failure to respond to any notifications, tender invitations and awards shall eventually disqualify you from being on IMC’s database.


Tax Registration Forms:

  • A clear scanned full copy of a valid tax card in PDF format including all company operated activities should be scanned and uploaded as one file and not every page individually alone.
  • Uploaded copy should be stamped with a proof of submission of the latest due tax declaration. In case of stamp non availability, a copy of the latest official submitted tax declaration together with a copy of the associated due tax payment receipt should be uploaded.

Commercial Registration and copies of Executives’ ID’s:

  • A clear scanned full copy of a valid CR in PDF format including all company operated activities should be scanned and uploaded as one file and not every page individually alone.
  • CR should be no more than 3 months old from registration application date.
  • Universities and governmental agencies should upload the decree of establishment of the specific entity within the “CR” application field
  • Uploading ID’s for names of ALL executives, shareholders and partners mentioned on the “CR” is mandatory.

Curriculum Vitas:

For Firms: A minimum of one full-time resident expert per applied for service category is mandatory for the application/service category to be considered for evaluation.
  • Kindly use attached specific forms (Resident Expert CV form & Freelancer CV form) and fill with due care.
  • In addition to the above, all CV referenced certifications and accreditations should be scanned and attached to the forms.

Declaration Form:

Kindly read with due care attached specific forms:

  • For Service Provider (Company) Declaration form: to be filled in, signed by the officially authorised person as per CR and stamped. 
An alternative signature by a representative with a delegation letter from the above officially authorised person could be acceptable provided that the representative is mentioned in the companies social insurance form no 2.
Declaration should be scanned and in cases where the declaration is signed by a delegated representative, both the letter of delegation and social insurance form no 2 should be included in scanned copy.
  • For Freelancer Declaration form: to be filled in, signed by the freelancer and scanned with his ID.

Previous Experience Form:

  • Specific form to be filled in with due care, signed and stamped
  • For every applied-for subcategory, an optimum of 3 previous projects references outside IMC are to be mentioned together with an optimum of 3 similar references within IMC if applicable should also be mentioned. Form should be scanned together with proof of mentioned references that could be in the form of contracts or reports or satisfaction letters or contacts for references, …etc.
  • All of the above should be scanned as one pdf file and not individual pages or files.

Financial Statements:

  • Last two financial statements audited by a charter accountant shall be scanned.
  • For starting companies an opening financial statement should be provided.
  • All above data is safeguarded and remains strictly confidential.

Certifications or Accreditation:

  • For some specific services, certain certifications/accreditations/licenses -as per the prevailing laws within the A.R.E.- are mandatory. All such services’ related certifications, accreditations and licenses should be obligatory scanned and uploaded within your application.

IMC Services Categories:

  • IMC allows you to apply for a maximum of three (3) main service categories, in addition to specialisedprogrammes and training, while your choice of subcategories within each main service category or specialisedprogrammes is unlimited, provided you furnish appropriate associated references
  • While applying for a main service category or specialisedprogramme, you NEED to select the subcategories your company is offering services in. In the event of choosing the main service category or the specialisedprogramme only, your company will be technically evaluated against all subcategories within this main service category or specialisedprogramme – for which, you might not have provided supporting documents – and that would certainly weaken your technical evaluation results.
For existing service provider updating their profiles, kindly note that IMC’s Service Categories and Specialised Programmes Categories have been recently changed.

Special Services Additional Requirements:
1. Lean/Six Sigma service providers only: In addition to the above, you need to provide:

  • Company profile/Official partner/Consortium agreement
  • Methodology and rationale
  • Lean/ Productivity Assessment Tool
  • KPIs
  • Resources/Experts profile
  • Previous experience and completed projects with a sample of proposed scope and deliverables, financial offer vs. proposed scope.

2. IT/MIS Implementation service providers only: In addition to the above, you need to provide:

  • A minimum of 3 successful implementations are required for industrial entities.
  • Proof of ownership.
  • Valid Company license

Bank account name should be identical to
For Firms: any of those commercial names mentioned in the commercial registration
For Professionals: Name on Tax Cards
For Individuals: Full name on ID.

Upon completion of electronic submission of documents, and prior to registration validation, you will have to kindly present hard copies for all requested documents to IMC’s Quality Assurance and Contracts Control Department.

Moreover; Originals extracts for Commercial Registration and Declarations will be permanently retained at IMC’s Headquarter.

As per IMC’s rules, and upon electronic and hard copies’ registration completion, your company will undergo some administrative and technical evaluation prior to registration approval or otherwise on our IMC data base SP and Suppliers list.

Upon obtaining IMC’s approval and to insure your continuous existence on IMC’s database, you are requested to annually present the following data (data should be submitted prior to May 31st. of every year):

  • Updated Original extracts of Commercial Registration
  • Updated Tax Card
  • Updated Financial Statement

You are also requested to inform IMC –via updating your profile- of all changes in any Resident’s Expert and/or Freelancer’s employment status, change in addresses and/or contact details.

For International Consultants: Kindly apply regularly in all internationally recognized requirements and upload below documents in its corresponding local allocated section.
