The Executive Director of the Industrial Modernisation Centre, Engineer Mohammed Abdul Karim, held several separate meetings with a number of officials on the sidelines of the expanded discussions held by Her Excellency the Minister of Trade and Industry Ms. Nevine Gameaa, with Mr. Denis Mantorov, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade, on the sidelines of the 13th session of the Egyptian-Russian Joint Commission currently being held in the Russian capital, Moscow.
One of the most important and prominent meetups and meetings of the Executive Director of the Industrial Modernisation Centre Engineer/Mohammed Abdul Karim, was the meeting with Mr. Shamil Orlov, Executive Director of the Egyptian-Russian Business Council in Moscow, where several topics were discussed, including ways of cooperation between the Centre and the Egyptian-Russian Business Council, especially in the field of joint manufacturing, trade and technology transfer.
A meeting with Mr. Maxim Romanov, Deputy Executive Director of External Relations at skolkovo Innovation and Entrepreneurs Center, where the two sides discussed ways of cooperation in the field of innovation and entrepreneurs and the transfer of the technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to different industries and smart cities, and the two parties agreed on the possibility of several virtual conferences to publish the latest technological developments in different industrial sectors.
The Executive Director of the Centre concluded his meetings with Mr. Sergei Kraslov, Executive Director of External Relations, and Ms. Anna Soloviova, Deputy Executive Director of Foreign Relations of the Russian Federation of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs, where ways of cooperation between the two sides were discussed.
Also on the sidelines of the talks, Engineer Mohammed Abdul Karim, and the head of the Industrial Development Authority, Major General Mohammed Al-Zalat, met with officials of a Russian company interested in industrial investment in Egypt, and the company was invited to visit various industrial zones in Egypt.
The Executive Director of the Industrial Modernisation Centre and chairman of the Industrial Development Authority also held a meeting with officials of the Russian Economic Union to cooperate with African countries, and discussed several topics, including ways of cooperation between entities, including the field of joint manufacturing, trade exchange, technology transfer and industrial investment for Egypt.
