Background
The textile and ready-made garments sector is one of the industrial sector in Egypt and the Middle East that enjoys vertical integration. It starts with the cultivation of the finest Egyptian cotton internationally known for its quality, through the production of spinning, dyeing, processing, printing, then knitting and packaging of the final product with high quality that competes globally. This in turn has placed Egypt among the largest 60 exporters of textiles and clothing in the world.
