How does IMC work?

IMC has established two main axes to provide its various services to all categories of the industrial sector. The first is the services provided that depend on contracting with service providers, and the second is the services that are implemented within companies by the center’s employees through a business development plan that begins with a gap analysis Within the beneficiary industrial facility, through the contracting and implementation processes for the services proposed in the business development plan, to evaluating the service and measuring performance indicators after the completion of each service.

Services based on contracting with service providers

In providing a large number of its services to the industrial community, IMC relies on specialized and accredited service providers with the center. This cooperation takes place according to an agreement signed by IMC with the customer called a “letter of commitment.” On the other hand, a contract is signed with the service provider, provided that both the customer and the service provider are compatible with the registration conditions of IMC, and thus the center plays the role of coordinator between the beneficiary industrial company and the service provider in a way that guarantees both parties a successful work context subject to follow-up and evaluation. Based on the letter of commitment, the beneficiary company pays what is called "Client's cost share" while IMC pays the rest of the service value.

Services performed by IMC's consultants

In addition to contracting with service providers, IMC also provides a range of other services to beneficiary industrial companies through its highly qualified employees under the title "Services implemented through the center's consultants".

The performance of the IMC is evaluated through Growth of key performance indicators for clients: investments - sales - export - job opportunities..
