• Increase the market share "local /or international" by defining and accessing new sales channels  or define match-making opportunities
•  Diversity of products by providing technical expertise to develop current product and develop new products
• Building capacity and skills in quality, production, and marketing areas.

Program Methodology
Client selection from the potential sub-sectors
Client assessment, reviewing business plans, site visits
Develop a business case/ client to define main issues
Action plan ( recommended service, KPIs, anticipated outputs and expected impacts), Implimentation, Project Managment  
Impact Assesment, Success Story

Program Impacts  
• At least 20 clients apply new product compliance certificates (BRC, IATF, 17025, CE ….)
• Increase sales of program clients with 15%
• Provide technical experts for 5 different sub-sectors will reflected on export increase by 5% at least.
• Capacity building of 50 technical staff

Clients Selection Criteria
• A client that  has a competitive product in one of the promising sectors
• Appling basic quality standards and requirements.
• A client has an organization structure with core functions in place.
• A client has a production capacity/ or potential to extend
