Service Providers Registration

IMC is updating its Service Providers' database in order to stream line the awarding mechanism under the different IMC procedures according to the different fields of services expected to be offered to IMC clients. IMC services are mainly in the fields of: marketing; Quality preparation; Quality certification; Corporate sustainability services including energy & environmental activities; diagnostic studies; Research & Development; Management; Export development; Operation & Production; Finance; Human Resource Development; special services to Pharmaceutical companies; IT/MIS Implementation
 

Applicants should submit to IMC a complete file including the following:

1. Scanned Copy of a valid company commercial registration / license (universities and governmental agency should submit the decree of establishment of the entity);

2. Scanned Copy of the tax card including all activity applied for.

3. Scanned copies of the Last two financial statements issued from an audit firm;

4. Signed Declaration form signed by the service provider owner, CEO or Manager (Attached -Click to download)

5. Proven previous experience in the field(s) applied for (form attached) including the following:

   Names & CVs of full time consultants (CVs on the forms attached Click to download )

   Names and specialization of free lancer consultant (in a table, min 3)

   Any accreditation and/or certification relevant to the field of service;

   List of previous tasks performed by the company in the field(s) applied for (form attached Click to download)

  References (name & full contact information of previously served clients in the fields applied for - at least 2 for   each field)

  Copy of first page of at least one service  contract or one full report of an assignment completed by the   company relevant to each field applied for
