  Please visit IMC website: http://www.imc-egypt.org/howtoregister.asp, required mandatory forms are available in the above URL (CV forms, declaration and previous experience forms), as well as the rest of the documents. All the forms are in English and Arabic versions.

Both are required and complement each other however if the Service Provider is a newly established company then permanent consultants including the owner's experience can be sufficient if the company shows good managerial experience as well.

• Each entity/organization has it is own social insurance number which entitles them to issue the employees' insurance numbers.
  

Yes; International companies are eligible to register as service providers. In terms of documents for international service providers IMC applies same requirements like the local ones; they should submit tax card and commercial registration stating the nature of businesses relevant to the selected services.

No; it is either to be a service provider or a client to avoid any appearance of conflict of interest.
