| 2. How long does the evaluation process take? |
From the time of receiving the complete required file/application; it should take 2 working days for approval or rejection. In case of any missing documents; it depends on the Service Provider's reply to IMC's request. The 2 days counter starts from completing the documents.
For IT/MIS Implementation services, IMC's process may take more time since the registration goes through technical evaluation by ERP department and they might request more supporting documents or data that would demonstrate the technical capabilities and credentials of the Service Provider. |
| 3. What is the process after being approved? |
- If the selected service by Service Provider is falling under the Framework mechanism then the SP will be invited to sign an agreement with IMC in order to start implementing any project.
- If the service is falling under tendering mechanism then the Service Provider will be invited by email to participate in the tenders with short list. You may also need to check your profile frequently to become aware of any tender invitation.
|
| 4. Is it essential for a newly established company to submit two financial statements with the registration application? |
Normally its one of the requested criteria by IMC to make sure that the Service Provider has the required experience to deliver the TOR requirements. |
| 5. Does the SP rely only on the previous experience of the company or could be replaced by the consultants' experience? |
Both are required and complement each other however if the Service Provider is a newly established company then consultants' experience can be sufficient if the company shows good managerial experience as well. |
