BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

IMC programmes and activities shall be closely aligned with the Industrial Development Strategy of the MTI to devise comprehensive sector development strategies. Also at the sectoral level, sectoral development programmes will be designed and implemented to create a jump-shift in the sectors' performance through close collabouration between the IMC sector heads and the corresponding sector's steering committee.

The Business Development Programmes represent the core activity of IMC, targeting  IMC eligible enterprises in  4 sectors on both individual & group basis through IMC head quarter and9 branches all over Egypt.The process starts with determining performance baseline and diagnoses of development needs for the enterprise en route to the formulation of its business development path (BDP). Services are then rendered according to the BDP to verify that maximum impact is achieved. Services are then pooled from either IMC Standard Business Development Services and / or any other Programme within IMC.
