IMC Enterprise Development Programmes

The Enterprise Development Programmes represent the core activity of IMC, targeting IMC eligible enterprises in 14 different industrial sectors on individual basis or small industrial clusters through the IMC head-quarter and 19 branches distributed geographically all over Egypt.

The process starts with determining performance baseline and diagnosing development needs for the enterprise en route to the formulation of its business development path (BDP). Services shall then be rendered according to the BDP to verify that maximum impact is achieved. Services shall be pooled from either IMC Standard Business Development Services and / or any other Programme within IMC.

• Implementation of vocational training courses which have been agreed upon with Industrial Training Council which are estimated at 18000 courses provided by 100 bodies • Vocational training courses on quality methods, management and marketing in addition to languages and information technology which estimated at 8000 training course provided by 25 service providers.
